Bambi

Meet Bambi – Big Ears, Big Smile, Even Bigger Heart!

Seriously, have you EVER seen a cuter pair of ears?!

Meet Bambi, an absolutely adorable young pup with oversized satellite-dish ears, gorgeous caramel-colored fur, soulful brown eyes, and a smile that could melt just about anyone’s heart!

And the best part? Bambi is expected to be a medium-sized dog when fully grown, making him a wonderful size for someone looking for a companion who isn’t too big or too small!

But behind that ridiculously cute face is one incredible survival story.

At just five months old, Bambi was struck by a vehicle and found lying helpless on the scorching Texas asphalt, unable to move. His injuries were so severe that veterinarians initially recommended amputating one of his legs. Because his other leg had also been injured, our rescue sought a second opinion, hoping there was a way to save his leg and preserve his mobility.

Thanks to a compassionate veterinarian, two major orthopedic surgeries, and an extraordinary foster mom, Bambi was given a second chance.

His recovery was anything but easy. He endured weeks of painful rehabilitation, wound care, and physical therapy. But this little guy has proven to be one tough cookie!

And just look at him NOW!

That enormous smile says it all! Bambi is gaining strength, enjoying time outdoors, and finally getting the chance to experience the happy puppyhood he deserves.

Now that the hardest part of his journey is behind him, there’s just one thing missing…

A FAMILY TO CALL HIS VERY OWN!

Bambi deserves a home filled with love, patience, soft beds, plenty of treats, and people who will cherish him for the rest of his life. His new family should also be committed to supporting any remaining rehabilitation or medical needs as he continues to recover.

We think those magnificent ears alone deserve their own zip code, but it’s the little survivor underneath them who will truly steal your heart.

Bambi has already fought for his second chance at life. Could YOU be the happy ending he’s been waiting for?

Bambi – Young, adorable, and expected to be medium-sized when fully grown.
